Baking is one thing i enjoy the most. It gives me a therapeutic feel and takes me away from all my problems.
Today i would just like to talk about the simple and inexpensive way to learn baking. Which is through no other source then the Internet. There are numerous sites you can look into and learn the most basic procedures to the toughest ones, from simple household baking to professional baking.

The other source i use to learn different methods of icing and using piping bags is through YouTube. There are tons of tutorials which teach you step by step process of anything and everything you need to learn. I consider it the best teacher i could ever have.

Baking is all about precision in the ingredients and the method, but once that is done, you can play with it to come up with exciting and interesting decorations, like icing, making florets, toppings etc..!!
